PRODUCT RETURNS
The Piccolino store allows you to return the products you purchased free of charge, within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, after contacting the store within 5 working days.
A basic condition for the return of the product is that it is in its original condition. Products sent without outer packaging that protects the official product box and the product itself will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Also have the retail sales receipt or purchase invoice.
Changes are always made based on current prices.
In the case of a change, the shipping costs are free for the first change, if you want to replace the product a second time, you will be charged 5 euros for the return & new shipment.
If the item is worth more than your return, you pay the difference with a cash on delivery fee of €2.50.
You should then call ACS courier for an employee to come and collect the parcel (with all the necessary accompanying documents, as well as the unused products) in their original packaging.

Exterior – Aesthetic Defects
Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to unpack and check the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and in the event that there are any, he is entitled to reject the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor, otherwise to announce the existence of aesthetic defects to a period of ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item, while in the event of the expiry of this period, he loses all relevant rights and it is considered that the cosmetic defect was caused after delivery. The COMPANY is obliged in a short time to replace this item with another, without the external defect. In case of unconditional receipt of the item, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent external condition without aesthetic defects.
This condition does not apply to sales of items from the Piccolino physical store when the item is also delivered to the physical store, in which case the item is opened and checked upon delivery by the customer.
Conditions for cases of change of mind
In the event that you change your mind and wish to return the products you purchased, the products must not have been used, be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged, their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies them and not have been altered by weather conditions and to be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied them (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, etc.) upon delivery. In this case, you bear the transport costs of returning it, as well as the cost of shipping the new product.
Product returns charged by the Piccolino store
- In all cases in which other than those sold, by type or quantity, are delivered.
- In the event that during delivery the item has a damaged package, completely or in most of it.
- In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.
- In the case of damaged packaging, the customer has the right not to accept the receipt of the product from the beginning and to request its replacement, after consultation with the Piccolino store.
- In the case of returns with a company fee, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer and at the agreed time. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only for reasons of force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement based on this condition is lost.
- In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. VAT, Retail Account, etc.) and its complete packaging (unless it is a defect found later after delivery and the packaging does not exist or also except in the case of a product whose packaging was received by the distributors when the item was delivered).
- In the case of a return of the products, depending on the case, a repair or replacement will be carried out, otherwise the transaction will be canceled if the customer legally rejects the two previous ones, in which case, provided that the products have been previously received and checked by the Piccolino store, in case of cancellation, the refund to the customer will be made in the same way as the payment was made by the store.
- In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the option of "collection from the store", it will be done by returning his money to him from the physical Piccolino store. The return will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days of both the product and the price.
- In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Piccolino store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to complete or partial compensation of this claim against the customer.
This condition applies proportionally to sales of items from the physical store, except for paragraph 6 which applies to sales from the online store.
